Treating your order

All orders are treated within 2 to 7 days business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is the time needed to create your product as every product is created only when an order is placed to avoid mass production and waste.

Dispatching your order

All orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.  


Overall, all orders should be with you within 4 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please keep in mind that there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, COVID or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Import duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 

WHTVR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@whtvrthebrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Check our full return policy page here. 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Some items cannot be returned nor exchanged for sanitary reasons, check our full return policy for more details.

Please note that all returns or exchange fees at are your expense, we do not offer free returns or exchanges.
