Politique de remboursement

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. However, because our products are made-to-order to avoid overproducing, we recommend you to review the product description and size chart or to get in touch with us if needed to ensure you purchase the desired fit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items are non-returnable, read below for more information.

Please note that all returns or exchange fees at are your expense, we do not offer free returns or exchanges.



To start a return, contact us at returns@whtvrthebrand.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@whtvrthebrand.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable and non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned nor exchanged for sanitary reasons, this includes hats, beanies and face masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the procedure explained above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll automatically refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs on your original payment method. It should take 5 to 10 business days for you to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Return damages and issues

In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged returned parcel, we will open a case with the shipping company to understand what happened. This may impact the return and exchange process.
